So, I just watched two rather interesting movies, drew something, and now, it's after midnight, and I'm listening to iTunes on shuffle. I'm tired but can't sleep. Huh.

Thinking of ideas for chapter 6 of WAITS is... well, I have the first word of the chapter and the vague outline of what I want to write. It's just that nothing's coming.

Speaking of "A Scanner, Darkly" and Robert Downey, Jr., I really cannot wait until "Sherlock Holmes" comes out. But knowing how it'll go, the theatre will be packed until mid-January, most likely. I liked the last two Sherlock Holmes movies and this one looks even better, so, I hope it lives up to my expectations.

Otherwise, I don't have all that much to say, other than the fact I wish I had a Mac Laptop with those nice glass trackpads... -sighs- Well, I'm not going to forsake this computer and spend another grand on a different one. Maybe if I wasn't in college, I might, but... hah, not for another ten years, perhaps. Oh well.

I'm going to figure out how they make those skins for these journals and make on myself, if I don't give up half way. Gah. Well, maybe more inspiration will strike me once the effects of "A Scanner, Darkly" sink into my head more clearly. Wonderful movie, if you can tolerate some swearing, drug use, and sex scenes (it has it all, but only to further the plot, if it makes you feel better).

My friend tells me I need to see more movies, but I doubt they're ones that I've been watching on my own that she hasn't recommended me... hah. She's challenged me to write something "lighter" than my norm -- it's already proved to be exactly what it is, as I've only been able to write about 550 words, so far, in the past week. Wonderful. We'll probably be working on it tomorrow, if she's not making me watch movies at her house. Either way, I'll be inspired by the end of the morrow... or is it today, now that it's after midnight?

...Whatever.
