I've decided on this basic guideline, at the moment:
For Commissions:
Currently five slots open. First come, first serve basis.

PEOPLE (aka, Humanoids): ~
Portraits will cost $2.00 (BW); $3.00 (Colour)

Head to Waist will cost $2.50 (BW); $3.50 (Colour)
~
Full-Body will cost $3.00 (BW); $4.50 (Colour)

Extra Appendages (specifically wings or other similar things) will cost up to $0.50 extra for each pair (BW); $1.50 (Colour) -- depending on the level of detail asked for

Backgrounds must be specified within the request or will not exist and cost up to an additional $1.00 (BW) and $2.50 (Colour) -- again, depending on level of detail asked for

Additional People Present will be an extra $1.00 (portrait, BW);
~
Fashion Designs (based on complexity, etc.) will range from $1.00 (front and back of single garment, detailed with fabric types and colours) to $3.00 (entire five-piece+ outfit); twice as much for colour versions

Sketches as in rough works will only cost $0.75 for just about anything (hand-drawn in pencil -- no inks whatsoever); $1.50 (digital, using whatever background, gradients, brushes, etc.) - pencil sketch:

Shading of sketches will only be an additional $0.25
**Note: I am willing to draw OC's, fanart, fashion portraits, and almost anything. My only stipulations are:
^No porn, please (this means no sex of any sort) -- shirtless and something like this:
[link] are fine -- so are breasts on women (if in artistic taste, subject to my opinion)
^I don't draw many women, so it might not turn out as well
^Please provide reference material to base my drawing on (either official artwork or a character description)
^For ALL drawings, (but esp. colour) please tell me what type of medium you would like to be used
^No extreme fetish portraits, please (imprisonment and binding are fine, blood is fine)
^Kissing (of any sort) is not my thing -- affection (e.g., holding hands, hugging, taking a nap together) is fine
***Mediums Available:
-Watercolour Pencils
-Standard Watercolour paints (best quality requires the use of higher quality paper +$0.50 to total)
-PrismaColour Gray tones with blender (30%, 60%, 90% and black)
-Coloured pencils (Crayola, FabreCastle, etc., please specify)
-Photoshop Elements 3.0 and Photoshop 7.0 (usually sketch in Elements then colour in 7.0)
-Graphite Pencils (.5 and .3) -- Koh-i-noor standard drafting pencils (this is what I usually sketch with)
-Copic pens (B-2 set) - 0.03, 0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0mm, brush small, brush medium
-Coloured markers - Staedtler (German made) brand.
And for Requests:
-One per person
-They're FREE
-Be within reason, please (**see above stipulations)
-Only sketches or inked drawings -- no colour
-Same rules apply as commissions
-Again, first come, first serve basis
